– Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75 | Flat rate $10 under $75
– USA: Free shipping on orders over $100 | Flat rate $15 under $100
– International: Calculated at checkout
Delivery Times
– Canada: 5-10 business days
– USA: 7-14 business days
– International: 14-28 business days

Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Prints are shipped flat with protective
backing. Larger items may be shipped in tubes.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the
responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Return Policy
– Art Prints & Merchandise: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
– Original Artwork: All sales are final, except for damage during shipping
– Final Sale Items: Sale items, custom orders, and gift cards cannot be returned

To be eligible for a return:
– Item must be in original, unused condition
– Must include original packaging
– Art prints must not be framed, mounted, or altered
How to Return

2. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping address
3. Ship item in secure packaging (original packaging recommended)
Return Shipping
– You are responsible for return shipping costs
– Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for expensive items
– We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking
– Delivery times for exchanges vary depending on your location
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your
refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to post
3. Contact your bank — there’s often processing time

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at studio@garytaxali.com with
photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or product. Contact us at studio@garytaxali.com to
arrange an exchange.
