Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 – 3 weeks. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Packaging
All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Large prints are shipped in heavy-duty tubes and smaller tubes are shipped flat with protective backing.
Tracking
You’ll receive tracking information on books, toys, and prints via email once your order ships.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales on all products are final. However, we cannot control what happens in shipping and sometimes in rare instances, your print order could arrive damaged. If so, please take photos of the damage and we will endeavour to solve the problem to your satisfaction.
